A Career Opportunity

This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join our Workers Compensation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workers compensation claims in accordance with SIRA requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise and coordinate rehabilitation related activities to rehabilitate injured/ill employees after a work-related injury/illness.
  • Provide effective communication networks for early injury management and administration of occupation rehabilitation programs.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Solid experience in workers' compensation claims management.
  • Experience in developing rehabilitation programs to support return-to-work initiatives.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Current class C drivers license.
  • Demonstrable advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work productively and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration

The salary for this position starts at $82,352 per annum (pro-rata) based on a 35-hour working week. We offer a range of employee benefits, including leave entitlements, employer superannuation contributions, fitness passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
