Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide high-quality technical support services to staff, students and parents. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide face-to-face, phone and remote technical support services to resolve daily technical issues relating to Applications and Systems.
  • Incident Management: Review and prioritise technical activities involving incident management, problem management and change management.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Deliver technical support activities to a high standard and work with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
Key Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience as System Administrator; Windows/Linux scripting and coding to achieve operational automation.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Incident and Change Management skills; ITIL experience preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in Azure, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Postgres/SQL, DevOps CI/CD, Scripting (Batch, PowerShell), SaaS system admin experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations.
