About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our team in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values patient relationships, enjoys working in a smaller community, and is looking for a stable and rewarding clinical environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base of over 3,500, with a consistent flow of new patients per month. Our practice runs 6 chairs per day, and we are fully staffed with experienced CDA support.

Key Highlights:

  • Flexible full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 1–2 operatories available for the General Dentist

  • Fully staffed with experienced CDA support

  • Practice runs 6 chairs per day

  • Dentitek software | Digital X-ray | Pan

  • Opportunity to upgrade technology (scanner, computers)

Clinical Scope:

  • Bread and Butter Dentistry

  • Basic Endodontics & Oral Surgery

  • Dentures (CDCP included)

  • Opportunity to expand scope in Advanced Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and Perio (currently referred externally)

Mentorship & Support:

  • Mentorship available

  • Dr. Shaw is preparing for retirement in 2025 and is open to supporting a smooth transition

  • Independent work environment with strong continuity of care potential

Candidate Requirements:

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset

  • Candidates should be independent, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a rural setting

  • A passion for general practice and community-based care is key
