Job Description:

Legal Aid NSW is seeking a dedicated legal professional to provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering efficient legal services and utilizing electronic case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in accordance with Legal Aid NSW policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Legal Aid NSW's mission to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Admitted or eligible for admission as a legal practitioner in NSW.
  • Ability to provide a current NSW Practising Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of criminal law and procedure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
