Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Main Job Tasks:
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product knowledge to support purchasing decisions.
Actively participate in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business growth.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to promote a collaborative work environment.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.

About This Role:
This is a Permanent Part-time position with 30hrs/fortnight.
The Hiring Manager for this role is Nathan Bennett - Store Commercial Activity Manager.
Applications close Thursday 25th September 2025.
As our store operates 7 days a week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own workload.
Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of our systems and tools.
A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
