Role: BC Dynamics Practice Lead

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow our BC Dynamics practice. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and establish strong relationships with clients.

  • Lead and grow the BC Dynamics practice, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Define and execute the practice strategy, including service offerings, solution development, and market positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in BC Dynamics to clients, guiding them through implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Manage a team of BC Dynamics consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business development initiatives and enhance the practice's market presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BC Dynamics and Microsoft technologies to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with BC Dynamics, including implementation, customization, and consulting.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and the broader ERP ecosystem.
  • Certifications in BC Dynamics or related Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
