
System Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of our most critical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and driving adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions to ensure the company's success in the long term.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion and internal apps in our ecosystem to enable our new operating model.
- Support, design, develop, and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
- Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
- Work with internal and external development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
- 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
- AUS person status is required as this position requires access to export-controlled data.
