Waterfront Bartender Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team at a prominent waterfront location in Perth, Western Australia.

As a Bartender with The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing drinks and cocktails, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar and working area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and memorable experiences for guests.
  • Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
  • Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
  • Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
  • Availability to work weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday preferred).
