Job Title: Travel Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our dynamic team as a Travel Management Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel itineraries for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage travel itineraries for corporate clients
  • Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client enjoys a seamless travel experience

Requirements:

  • Experience as a travel consultant or travel manager with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Sabre
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, with the capacity to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • High level of attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
