Fetch, a leading national fitout firm, is renowned for delivering high-quality commercial office spaces across multiple states in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Fitout Manager to join our team in Hobart for a short-term contract. As a seasoned professional with over 5 years of expertise in the commercial office fitout industry, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inductions & OH&S: Oversee all site inductions and manage onsite OH&S to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a fortnightly project schedule, coordinate with trades, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for centre management, retail stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.
  • Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project timelines, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to deliver successful outcomes.

This role involves managing diverse retail projects, including commercial fitouts for offices, schools, and universities. We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the commercial fitout market
  • A strong understanding of OH&S protocols and experience conducting site inductions
  • Proven experience with scheduling and managing trades
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with high-level stakeholders
