About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable subcontractor to clean our construction company compound office and amenities at Kensington.

Cleaner will be required to bring their own cleaning sprays and cloths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient cleaning of offices and amenities
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Reliable and thorough service

Detailed Tasks:

  • General Cleaning:
    • Dusting and wiping surfaces
    • Vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors
    • Spot clean glass
  • Restroom Cleaning:
    • Sanitising and disinfecting toilets, urinals sinks, and counters
    • Refilling soap and paper dispensers
    • Restocking restroom supplies
  • Kitchen/Breakroom Cleaning:
    • Cleaning appliances such as coffee machine, microwaves and refrigerators
    • Wiping down surfaces tables and chairs
    • Disposing of waste and cleaning trash bins
  • Floor Care:
    • Sweeping mopping and/or vacuuming floors
  • Trash Removal:
    • Emptying and replacing trash bags
    • Disposing of waste in designated areas
  • Dusting:
    • Dusting surfaces furniture and equipment
  • Walkways Sweeping:
    • Remove leaves and dust
  • Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
    • Adhering to all health and safety regulations
    • Use products specified
