The Role

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our team in Rocklea. As a key member of our Maintenance division, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing repairs and maintenance of mobile earthmoving equipment
  • Conduct bucket repairs, shield repairs, and general fabrication
  • Carry out light to medium fabrication welding duties
  • Ensure all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within cost targets
  • Perform field service work

About You

  • Significant post-trade experience with a wide range of heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Strong commitment to Health and Safety and the environment
  • Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification
  • Current HR Driver's License, Working at Heights and High-Risk Licenses (Forklift, Vehicle loading crane) are highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus
  • Keen eye for detail, presentation, and craftsmanship
