About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to contribute to the esteemed Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will focus on advancing our research agenda, driving innovative and collaborative projects, and developing a global industry and academic reputation for UniSA Business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing science research to make a meaningful impact in our field. You will engage in high-quality end-user research projects, attract research funding independently, and produce industry-relevant research outputs that drive business growth and social prosperity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support research activities aligned with the Institute's strategic objectives
  • Attract, supervise, and mentor HDR students and project staff in research-related activities
  • Contribute to knowledge dissemination through corporate sponsor reports, abstracts, scientific papers, and other publications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate in a relevant discipline area
  • Demonstrated capacity to conduct high-quality research, evidenced by publications in reputable marketing journals
  • Ability to develop research proposals and secure Category 2 and 3 research funding from organizations
  • Excellent organizational skills, including project management, workflow monitoring, and resource allocation
  • High-level communication and liaison skills to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences
