Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
