We are seeking a skilled Dietetics Specialist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality dietetic care to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered dietetic care to all clients, tailoring services to meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Work closely with external stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care, promoting continuous improvement and best practice within the industry.
- Deliver educational sessions on nutrition and health, empowering clients to make informed lifestyle choices.
- Conduct menu and mealtime assessments, providing expert recommendations to optimize client outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Current DA registration, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Mobility and willingness to travel, accessing remote locations as required.
- Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Australian working rights, enabling seamless integration into our team.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and current Flu vaccination, upholding health and safety protocols.
