About the Role:

As a Logistics Operations Manager at InfraBuild Wire in Mayfield, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all products to our customers. This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with transport providers, Internal Operations, Sales, and Production teams to optimize logistics plans and drive down delivery costs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve transport planning, load picking, and freight management, resulting in enhanced service levels and reduced costs.
  • Analyze orders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to meet targets.
  • Lead the Despatch team in achieving high-performing standards, prioritizing safety and performance during day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Leadership experience in a similar role within Logistics or Warehouse environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with all levels of the business.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage a variety of challenges and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient Computer skills with MS Office and exposure to SAP system desirable.
