Healthcare Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and engaging trainer to deliver the Certificate IV in Health Administration (HLT47321) qualification requirements.

• Deliver training in line with HLT47321 qualification requirements
• Support students across a mix of backgrounds with tailored learning strategies
• Cover core units including medical terminology, patient record systems, workplace leadership, business documents, and customer service
• Supervise and assess students undertaking work placement
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and materials

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(or equivalent)
• A qualification relevant to health administration, and experience in both clinical and administrative settings
• Strong knowledge of units such as manage patient recordkeeping system, design and produce business documents, prepare and process medical accounts and use medical terminology in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging, compliant training programs
• Excellent organisational, communication and classroom management skills
• A current police check, working with children check, driver's licence, and own transport
