Contract Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Law Specialist to join our team.

  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with customers, subcontractors, and third parties.
  • Providing Commercial Advice: Offer ongoing legal advice to relevant stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle.
  • Managing Disputes: Assist teams with pre-litigation disputes and support with litigation in various courts and tribunals.
  • Driving Strategic Growth: Provide strategic advice to support the development of the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of post-admission experience in private practice and/or an in-house counsel role.
  • Legal Certification: A current practising certificate.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex legal advice in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive Attitude: An excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude.
