As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical trials from initiation through close-out. This includes ensuring clinical study integrity, compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and successful execution of study activities across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple clinical trials to ensure adherence to study protocols, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor study progress, evaluate data quality, and ensure compliance with GCP as needed.
  • Perform data verification and query resolution to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the clinical research industry.
  • Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and team skills are essential for success in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
