About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Stockland Victorian Civil and Infrastructure Project Management team.

This role involves working collaboratively with the Masterplanned Communities Development team and providing civil advice throughout the project life cycle.

You will use your strong communication skills to navigate a broad stakeholder group and achieve business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide civil project management expertise from project inception to completion.
  2. Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered safely, to required quality, on time, and budget.
  3. Prepare and execute delivery strategies and employ specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged projects.
  4. Drive operational improvement through the sharing of best practice across the business.
  5. Facilitate, manage, and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with Development Managers, authorities, consultants, and contractors to realise cost savings.
  6. Achieve project construction milestones across multiple construction fronts in the State's project portfolio.
About You
  1. You will have relevant Project Management experience with a strong civil background, delivering Masterplanned Community Developments, coming from a client-side, contractor, or consultancy firm.
  2. You will have great time-management skills and a go-getter attitude, ready to jump straight into the projects and help drive better outcomes.
  3. You will have superb communication skills that engage all parties, act collaboratively, and possess exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
  4. You will have extensive experience in reporting, chairing meetings, coordinating, and managing the design process, as well as managing the construction team.
  5. You will have a driving licence and own vehicle.
