We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Engineering Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site support, driving performance, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver value-added engineering services to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate Operational Performance Excellence programs covering safety, maintenance, and machine efficiency.
  • Coach and support customer personnel to improve their operational knowledge and machine care skills.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term engineering improvement plans for customer accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of customer and machine performance data.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and/or trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics.
  • Proven ability to manage machine engineering issues in customer environments.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Confident communication skills.
