About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chargeback Resolution Specialist to join our rapidly growing Payments & Fraud Prevention team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling chargeback disputes, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve chargeback disputes via email and the Payment Service Provider (PSP) panel
  • Report and analyze dispute resolution metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance dispute resolution efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic Excel skills and proficiency in email communication
  • English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher
