Job Summary:

Boral Limited, a leading construction materials company, is seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Training and Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quarries and Cement division, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training materials and activities to Boral employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Heavy Vehicle Driver inductions
  • Undertake verification of competency training and assessment
  • Training and coaching of Heavy Vehicle Drivers, including operating and safe work procedures and refresher training
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the driver training, assessment, and record-keeping process
  • Driver behavior reporting from our IVMS system and other reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer or a similar role
  • Proven experience in the operation of a variety of heavy vehicles, ideally within the construction industry
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or must be willing to obtain
