Job Title: Compliance-Focused Employment Analyst

This role involves administering and maintaining our timekeeping system, ensuring data integrity, user access, workflow optimization, and pay compliance through effective rules configurations.

The key responsibilities include reviewing and resolving timesheet exceptions and discrepancies for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs. Ensuring payroll systems configurations and processes comply with award conditions and legislative requirements is also essential.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HSE teams for compliance and data management requirements, including improvement initiatives. Your accurate interpretation of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Code of Practice, Regulations, policies, and contracts is required.

About the Role:

  • Experience administering a time-and-attendance system, including rules configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in HR reporting tools, Excel, and data visualisation platforms.
  • Demonstrable skills in the interpretation and application of statutory requirements.
  • Exposure to HSE coordination.

What You'll Need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
