We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our restaurant team in Melbourne, Australia.
About Us:
- We are a Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations.
- Being a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture.
- Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
- Managing staff performance reviews and rostering staff effectively.
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
- Ordering stock from various suppliers and managing office administration duties.
- Maintaining daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant.
- Executing marketing promotions and ensuring safety and security standards are upheld.
Requirements:
- Previous shift supervisor experience.
- Possessing humanitarian values and willing to make a difference.
- Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
