Job Overview

The Quality and Risk Manager role is pivotal in ensuring staff and client safety, quality improvement, and risk management across all service activities. This position requires a strong focus on district-wide Child and Family (C&F) services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with national standards for accreditation, focusing on client support and care.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts to meet National Standards for Accreditation, collaborating closely with key stakeholders involved in client support and care.
  • Act as a key resource and lead in ensuring C&F services meet required standards and practices in safety, quality, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
  • A valid Working With Children Check.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional association or eligibility for peak professional association.
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence.
