Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled hospitality service professional to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and providing personalized service
  • Handle general enquiries in a professional and approachable manner
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence
  • Support the food and beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificateRelevant experience in a similar hospitality roleWorking rights in AustraliaA passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceSelf-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment
