Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant in our Adelaide office. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets, providing top-tier service to customers and supporting the service team with product knowledge and inquiries. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and deliver results-driven service will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance to customers on high-end appliance products, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, focusing on quality interactions rather than transactional volume.
- Support the service team with product knowledge and inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Prior experience in solution-selling and a proven track record of delivering results-driven service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive base salary plus commissions paid monthly (OTE $80K-90K).
