Senior Legal Advisor Position

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support across various legal areas. As a valued member of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation with provision of legal advice and practical support.
- Health law
- Commercial law
- Contract and property law
- Privacy and release of information
- Medico-legal issues
- Litigation claims and complaints advice and management
You will be responsible for providing excellent verbal and written skills to communicate legal issues and recommended actions in plain English.
Qualifications And Experience Required- Bachelor or Law degree or equivalent tertiary qualification from a recognised university
- Admitted to practice law as an Australian lawyer, with a current practicing certificate permitting the holder to practice as a legal practitioner in Victoria or NSW
