We are seeking a passionate and innovative academic with expertise in Paramedicine to join our team at Victoria University.
This part-time (0.6 FTE) ongoing position involves teaching first year Clinical Practice Paramedic Units and contributing to the ongoing development of teaching methodologies.
The successful candidate will have relevant professional qualifications in Paramedicine, a strong passion for teaching, and a desire for continuous improvement and development in student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative curricula and develop learning materials in collaboration with other colleagues.
- Develop and facilitate learning activities that stimulate and foster student learning.
- Determine the learning needs of students and provide appropriate teaching and learning environments.
- Assess learning and provide timely feedback to students.
- Engage in continuing professional learning and qualifications in both discipline theory and practice and the teaching of the discipline.
