Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist with the management of all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service, including check-in, check-out, and any other requests or issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of Guest Service Agents and Porters to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Performance Management: Assist with the management of KPIs for front office and guest satisfaction, and ensure that all team members are meeting their performance targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, including guest complaints, staff conflicts, and operational problems.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all team members, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A degree in hospitality or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in operations management and guest services.
