Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong analytical and numerical skills to lead our housing business unit. The successful candidate will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, business planning, and day-to-day operational finance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level strategic and policy advice to senior leadership
  • Producing timely reports and contributing to key leadership forums
  • Partnering with housing leadership to support budgeting, strategy, and financial modelling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or similar
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in senior finance roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
