Job Title: Education and Employment Support Specialist

This role requires a dedicated professional to provide support services for young people aged 12–25 through the headspace program, helping them navigate pathways to work and study. The successful applicant will also deliver inclusive foundation skills programs to adults through the Adult Community Education (ACE) initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess strong vocational support skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of learners. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or AQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vocational support to young people through the headspace program

  • Collaborate with mental health professionals and organisational specialists to provide comprehensive support services
