Transform Finance with Oracle ARCS Architecture

A vision-driven opportunity awaits an accomplished EPM expert to design and deliver cutting-edge reconciliation solutions that redefine global business close cycles.

This is a leadership role where you will be entrusted with strategic guidance as well as hands-on delivery of enterprise-scale ARCS projects. You will collaborate with forward-thinking finance teams in the UK & Ireland, backed by a renowned Oracle partner and one of Europe's fastest-growing digital consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Scalable ARCS Solutions: Architect streamlined account reconciliation processes using ARCS.
  • Lead End-to-End Implementations: Ensure seamless alignment with client objectives through comprehensive implementation of ARCS.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT Teams: Optimize reconciliation workflows and integration points for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Offer expertise in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
  • Define Best-Fit Architectural Solutions: Deliver innovative architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Adhere to financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations.
  • Mentor and Upskill Junior Consultants: Foster growth across the team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Engage in Business Development Activities: Participate in solution design workshops and client consultations.

Requirements:

  • Significant Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud Solutions: Focus on ARCS and FCCS with proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
  • Strong Knowledge of Financial Consolidation Processes: Proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Design and Implement Scalable Reconciliation Solutions.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Leadership Skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a Related Discipline.
