About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Labourer to join our team at Spinifex Recruiting. As a key member of our Horticulture Services Unit, you will be responsible for maintaining our gardens and trees to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain plant collections, gardens, and trees to a high standard.
  • Operate various plant machinery, including small equipment and woodchippers.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new landscape works.
  • Assist in planting and nurturing diverse vegetation.
  • Skillfully undertake routine chemical spraying.
Requirements
  • Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Experience in garden/landscape maintenance.
  • Chemical Certificate (desirable).
  • Ability to thrive in team environments and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the use of plant machinery.
  • Knowledge and adherence to WHS procedures.
