About the Role

Are you an experienced engineering team lead looking to make a significant impact in the cloud industry? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our AWS Test Automation Platform team as a Software Engineering Team Lead for Cloud Solutions.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge solutions for test automation in the cloud. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative software products that enable customers to improve their testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of test automation solutions for cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
  • Design and implement software architectures that meet business needs and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and contribute to the team's success.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure seamless integration of test automation solutions with existing quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms, including AWS.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
