O'Brien's Automotive Glass Repair Apprenticeship presents a unique opportunity for individuals to join our team as an apprentice windscreen fitter.

This is a hands-on role that involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, receiving supportive on-the-job training, and achieving a full qualification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking O'Brien's Cert III in Automotive Glazing through the company's Skills Development Program
  • Developing skills to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards
  • Providing excellent service to customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
  • A driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
