About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes providing excellent customer service, training and developing our team members, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

About You & Your Skills

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity
  • A passion for driving your own career forward and inspiring others to do the same
  • Well-developed and professional communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
  • An ability to adapt to change
