About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Bella Vista Gardens, a premier residential aged care facility in Sydney's Hills District.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clean and tidy presentation of our residence, including suites and common areas, to meet the high standards expected by Cranbrook Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and check the presentation of the residence to ensure premium standards are met
  • Review the presentation and preparation of rooms for current and prospective residents
  • Manage the outsourced cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide a communication link between management and the cleaning team to support achievement of tasks
  • Provide feedback on the cleaning service to the Residential Services and Relations Manager

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a kind and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional presentation.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a 5-star hotel or premium service workplace
  • 2+ years of experience directing and training staff in cleaning services
  • Experience communicating effectively with residents, staff, family members, and other stakeholders
