- Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001:2015 tri-annual/surveillance audits, ensuring re-certification at surveillance and tri-annual audits.
- Schedule internal audits as part of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ensuring audits are carried out on time and required actions completed.
- Provide weekly site NCR and customer complaints reporting.
- Recognized certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Systems or equivalent.
- Tertiary education in Quality Systems.
- Working knowledge of managing an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
- Experience in Third Party Logistics or Freight Forwarding industries.
- Exposure to and understanding of training principles.
- Strong awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements.
- Relationship management and influencing skills (Advanced).
- Excellent communication skills, highly service-oriented.
