Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Visitor Services team at the Scottish Storytelling Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all visitors have a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the visitor experience
- Lead and manage a team of Visitor Services staff to provide high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for visitors
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote the Scottish Storytelling Centre
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
