Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Visitor Services team at the Scottish Storytelling Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all visitors have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the visitor experience
  • Lead and manage a team of Visitor Services staff to provide high-quality customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for visitors
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote the Scottish Storytelling Centre

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
