* Plan, assign, and direct work
* Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing personnel
* Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met
* Monitor production standards and quality control measures
* Maintain records of production and materials used
* Train new employees in processes and company OHS
* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

* Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or 2IC
* Ability to handle a high volume of production
* Ability to engage and work alongside your team
* Courage to have difficult conversations if required
* Resilient to setbacks and prioritize tasks
* Experienced in metal works, machine operating, hand and power tools
* Previous assembly experience desirable
* Previous machine operator in a steel manufacturing environment highly advantageous
* Willing to commit to ongoing, consistent hours
