High-Level Financial Leader

As a high-level financial leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the Financial Advisory team and overseeing the delivery of comprehensive advice.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of financial advisors
- Providing tailored advice and prioritizing client outcomes
- Utilizing sophisticated financial modeling to inform strategic decisions
- Maintaining an existing portfolio of ~80 fee-for-service clients, with robust referral pipelines (no need for external prospecting)
- Conducting regular reviews and select new client meetings
- Reviewing ROAs/SOAs for accuracy and compliance
- Leveraging a support team: Associate Adviser, offshore paraplanners, and administrative staff
- Implementing process improvements to adapt to industry changes and maintain efficiency
