Product Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional product leader to drive growth and innovation in our Private Dining business. This strategic role will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing, validating, and bringing to market new products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Craft a clear product vision and roadmap for the business verticals and articulate how they align with our company's business goals.
  • Own the business outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams: drive adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses.
  • Exceptional execution: Drive the end-to-end execution process to deliver good outcomes for the customer and the business. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to seek out avenues to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of product managers. Cultivate a culture of innovation, customer centricity, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Data-driven: Champion a customer-centric, data-driven, and market-aware approach to actively seek out and implement research and data.
  • Scale: Define the processes that enable new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum.

About You

  • You have 10+ years of experience in product management, with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
  • You have significant experience building consumer or marketplace products and scaling them.
  • You have experience defining and driving a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales, with monetization experience preferred.
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market life cycle.
