About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Marion store, driving both sales and customer satisfaction. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Store Team
    • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the store team.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
    • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for every customer.
  • Drive Sales and Achieve Store Targets
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee Visual Merchandising
    • Ensure the store is visually appealing and inviting to customers.
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Oversee inventory control, staffing, and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and product knowledge.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Retail Management
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong Leadership Skills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for Fashion and Outfitting
    • Keen eye for style and ability to stay up-to-date with fashion trends.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Organisational Skills and Attention to Detail
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
