Tender Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Engineering & Construction Division, supporting the National Contract Manager to deliver high-quality work within the mining sector. The division is renowned for its large-scale multidisciplinary project management and construction services.
The ideal candidate will possess well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of stakeholders. A strong team mentality and ability to work autonomously are essential in this role.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating input from subject matter experts for the effective compilation of tenders and proposals, in line with deadlines
• Maintaining records on the server and co-ordinate accesses and authorities as well as updating and maintaining registers
• Maintaining tender files and audit completeness of approvals and handover
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems
• Providing team administration support as required
About You
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Journalism or another related field is desirable, not essential
• Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload
• Self-motivated, career driven and have a passion for providing excellent customer service
We Offer
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum plus superannuation and benefits package. This role offers flexible working hours on a permanent part-time basis. Our company culture is built over nearly 50 years, focusing on solution-focused, reliable and 'can-do' teamwork environment.
