Lead Sales Development and Growth Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and development within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, inspiring, training, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Hire, coach, and develop early-in-career sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Inspire and lead your team to consistently overachieve targets, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and talent acquisition, to drive revenue growth and pipeline development.
- Identify areas for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency gains, implementing changes to stay ahead of the market.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who possesses a proven track record of building great teams and sales environments. Your ideal background includes sales experience in SaaS, ideally focused on support, sales, or CRM. You should have a strong ability to lead teams to deliver 100%+ of quota attainment consistently, as well as experience in demand generation and lead flow management.

- Demonstrable ability to be proactive and creative with sales pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally with key partners in customer-facing and non-customer facing roles.

- Analytical acumen and comfortable identifying growth opportunities using data.

With a seat at the table alongside senior leadership across sales, marketing, and operations, you will have the opportunity to shape our future and our customers'. Our salary for this role is estimated at around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
