We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Assistant. This is a part-time position, working predominantly on weekends and school holidays.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding visitors through a taste testing of our range of drinks, meeting and greeting visitors, educating guests on our region and the story of our drinks, processing purchases on point of sale, and providing phone and in-person customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication and presentation skills, previous experience in tourism or customer-facing roles, and a hands-on mentality to get the job done.

You will also need to be flexible and available to work public holidays and outside your usual hours when required.
