Job Description

We are seeking exceptional talent to join our team over the festive season. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through great service and excellent product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, good problem-solving skills, and a natural optimism with helpful enthusiasm in everything they do. They should also be flexible to work weekends and extended trading hours.

About the Role

This is a seasonal role that requires full availability throughout October 2025 to January 2026. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and motivation at all times.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products and offering tailored advice
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is visually presented in accordance with brand guidelines
