About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Stylist to join our team at Yarra Trail David Jones Castle Hill site. As a Sales Stylist, you will be an integral part of a successful team, maximising sales and supporting day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store sales by selling passionately on the shop floor
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
  • Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories
  • Adhere to a well-organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height
  • Assist your Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties
Requirements
  • Customer service experience (retail experience desirable)
  • Ability to flex your hours as per business needs
  • Enthusiasm for creating modern, authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with styling outfits that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and VM
  • Strong communication, organisational, and listening skills
